Cooperate with Borice Limited to fulfill service requirements (e.g., timely submission of documents).

Notify us promptly of changes in business operations or compliance needs.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms (e.g., deadlines, methods) will be communicated in writing.

Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

5. Confidentiality

Borice Limited adheres to strict confidentiality standards and will not disclose client information without consent, except as required by law (e.g., tax authority audits).

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, analyses, or materials provided by Borice Limited remain our intellectual property. Clients may use them solely for agreed-upon purposes.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as-is." Borice Limited disclaims liability for indirect damages arising from service use.

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, tax savings, or compliance success, as these depend on client input and regulatory changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Borice Limited’s liability is capped at the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for third-party platform failures (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.

Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
